Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable).

Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or another trackable method.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective item, incorrect item, or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs (You may be required to provide photos of the damage or defects regarding the issue). Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend you choose a reliable shipping carrier. We will not provide refunds if we do not receive the product on our end.
Please note that no returns will be accepted after the window of days after purchase, however there will be exceptions on orders with delays or problems in the shipping process that may cause you to receive a product after the return window.
Refunds
Please note that we provide refunds in store credit and will not refund by cash in most cases. Store credit includes free or discounted future purchases.
